Meet Your Teacher:

Alexandra Sargent

“Our lives weren’t meant to become so fast and functional.

They were created to be vibrant, and the vibrancy partially comes from eating foods that provide us with nutrition and vitality.”

Alexandra is on a mission to teach others about the rich wisdom of Ayurveda and share her potent medicinal body oil product line. She is the founder of Wild Hart Ayurveda; an offering that was created out of her desire to help individuals experience transformation in their lives by living in alignment with nature. She is based in the Bay Area and Nevada County regions of Northern California where you can find her as a traveling Ayurvedic Retreat chef, in her treatment room, or in the kitchen decocting medicinal oils. Embodying a deep connection to the earth is what fuels her business and her life. She is a playful healer. A nurturer. An animal lover. An explorer. But most of all; she considers herself a system of support and a place people can feel at home with themselves.
