Hi There!

I’m Alexandra Sargent, founder and creator of Wild Hart Ayurveda. Based in Northern California, I’m an Ayurvedic chef, treatment therapist, and postpartum doula.

My services are designed to empower women to experience true freedom in their bodies and embrace a vibrant, fulfilling life.

Women have long been placed in a box by societal expectations—be sexy, excel professionally, raise children, and balance it all effortlessly. It’s no wonder so many modern women feel stretched thin, caught in the paradox of modern living and societal pressures.

But there’s another way.

I’m here to help women break free from these limiting roles and expectations that leave us feeling drained, unfulfilled, and disconnected from the deeper needs of our hearts and bodies.

We all long to feel vibrant, alive, and at home in our bodies. We crave connection—not just with ourselves but with other women who truly understand and uplift us. The power of female support is transformative, and it’s something we should never underestimate.

This is where the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda and Vedic teachings shines. These ancient practices offer a path to rediscover balance, fulfillment, and the freedom to live authentically. Together, let’s reclaim what our hearts and bodies truly yearn for.

Some women get erased a little at a time, some all at once. Some reappear. Some are still lost in the busyness of survival.  Most women struggle with forces that would tell her story for her. That would tell her who to be, who she cannot be. What she should or should not do. The rules of men attempting to confine her spirit that was meant to run wild and free.

Yet. She is wild. She can not be tamed.

This is what she is here to do.
